What happens Next?
There are 3 steps in order for you to get this offer!
1. Schedule an in person consultation
You have 72 hours to schedule a consultation with me, Steve, the owner of Valen Studios. Getting to know each other is very important to my team and I. Email me at [email protected] or text me at 847-417-8302 to schedule your 60 minute friendly face to face chat with me in Grayslake, IL. We will share where to meet with a photo so you know where to go.
We understand that not everyone may be able to visit in person. We are happy set up a zoom call but just know it may feel a little less personal because I, Steve, tell stories and point to photos on my studio walls and wedding albums while going over the photo collections. Some explanations are best to see in person and may fall short over zoom.
If you are still looking for a wedding date and venue we can schedule your consultation in 3 or 6 months to give you time to focus on finding the date and venue. When you do find your dream date and venue we would love to hear the exciting news.
If we do plan your meeting next week or in 6 months we will confirm your consultation over email a few days before so you know we are still good to meet.

2. Meeting in person
All you need to bring is yourself when we meet. If your parents or anyone is helping pay for photo they are welcome to join so you do not have to try to explain everything to them later. During your meeting we will get to know each other, talk about your big day, and talk about photo and video collections. There is no pressure to make us official. You will go home with a better understanding what everything means.
3. How to make us official
After we meet our photo manager, Kelly, will reach out to you through emails to make sure you know everything upfront and will help show you how to make us official. You decide what works best for you - we can meet in person, you can mail us everything, or send emails to make us official.
To hold your wedding date we will email you from swipe simple to pay by card for only $99. No hidden fees. We will always confirm everything over email before updating your contract.

1. Can we see your photo and video collections before?
We will share all this when we meet in person and you will go home with everything. Our wedding collections start at 2,495.00. We also offer luxury wedding collections starting at 4,495.00. Video starts at $1,750.
2. How many photographers do we get?
All of our wedding photo collections include two professional photographers.
3. How many hours do we need on the wedding day?
Most couples we work with find themselves at 6-8 hours of photography to get full day coverage from getting ready to dancing. If you are getting married at a church you will most likely need at least 8 hours.
4. Do you offer albums or prints?
Our luxury wedding collections include albums. We do offer print options. Click here to see what they look like.
5. Can we do an engagement session?
All of our wedding photo collections include a 30 minute engagement session in or near Grayslake, IL.

Weddings have so many different "X Factors" as we like to call them, and most couples are not sure about what their needs actually are. That is where we come in to help guide you. The main difference between our collections boils down to the amount of hours that are included and the type of heirloom album you'd like.
We have found that setting up a friendly visit will allow us to go over all the details and get a better understanding of your needs. These visits are all about you as well. We Love getting to know our couples by asking all kinds of fun questions You will have a great time meeting with us. We can meet you during the day, evenings, and sometimes weekends.
After we meet, we will walk you through how to make us official, when we should book your engagement session, when we will go over your wedding details of the day, and what to expect after your wedding day.
Before & After "Art"
We are know for our "Art" images. These are included in our luxury photo collections.
Color corrected photos & enhancement photos
All images from your wedding day will be color corrected. Most of our photo collections include some enhancement photos from your wedding day.
Wedding Video collections start at 1,750.00
Love Stories Video Production start at 999.00
During your engagement session we will interview the both of you.
Before we film, we will help prepare you ahead of time with our questions.
Your love story will be played during your wedding day reception for all your guests to see.
